How can I place an order?
1.   Please select your The Harbour Kids clothing item. 
2.   Then choose the correct size and color. 
3.   Click the 'add to cart' button. 
4.   The products will be placed in your shopping bag.
5.   Collected all the products you need? Then click the “checkout” button to complete your order.

Are you a new customer? Then you have two options at checkout:
1.   You can place your order as a -The Harbour Kids- member. Please sign at 'Member login' to create your personal account. Your personal account will provide an easy pay & check out every time you’ll be shopping at The Harbour Kids.
2.   You can place an order without a personal account. Just fill out your name and address details for delivery.

Do I need a personal account to order products?
Our customers can sign in to create a personal account. After that orders can be placed as a member of The Harbour Kids. However, it’s also possible to order without a personal account. We only need your name and address details.

Can I send my The Harbour Kids products to a different address?
Yes, you have the option to choose for a different shipping  and billing address. When are the same, please click the button ‘’shipping and billing address are the same’’.

What does a member login at The Harbour Kids webshop allow me to do?
When you are in possession of a member login at The Harbour Kids webshop, you will have access to: order status, order history, refunds and personal settings.

Where can I change my personal settings?
Please click on the button member login, login and choose 'Change settings'.

I forgot the password to my personal account. How can I get a new one?
Please choose the ‘forgot your password’ option in the login section. Type your email address to receive a password reset link. If you do not receive the password reset link, please send an email to info@theharbourkids.com

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders, which are ordered before 20:00 PM, are shipped on the same day. To change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@theharbourkids.com on the same day the order was placed. Please note, we can’t guarantee your cancellation.

Which payment options does THK provide?
Payment options are: iDeal, Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Bancontact.

Is the online payment secure?
Yes, to guarantee the safety of your payment we use ‘Mollie’. Your payment information is handled securely. Mollie is  responsible for the payment of your products.

How will I know if my order is being processed?
You will receive an automatically generated email providing information on the status of your order. When your product is ‘out of order’ we will contact you as soon as possible.

What is the best way to wash the The Harbour Kids products?
We’ve done our very best to make the nicest product for our costumer. Our philosophy is to enjoy the products as long as possible. That’s why we give you the following washing instructions:
• Wash up to 30 degrees.
• Wash with similar colors.
• Do not bleach.
• Wash inside out.
• Do not dry-clean.
